Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required.
• 10+ years in information security; 3+ years leading an IT/security team.
• Strong understanding of ISO27001/27701 and SOC frameworks.
• Experience with risk assessments, audits, and compliance programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead security team, mentor staff, and foster a high-performance culture.
• Develop, implement, and train on information security policies and procedures.
• Oversee ISO 27001/27701 lifecycle and consultant relationships.
• Provide guidance on threats and risk mitigation strategies.
• Manage vulnerability scanning and remediation programs.
• Define security metrics and risk dashboards for leadership.
• Coordinate security monitoring and threat analysis activities.
• Manage relationships with security MSPs and enhance capabilities.
• Assess new systems for security implications and recommendations.
• Lead security awareness programs and respond to audits/RFPs.
