Job summary

XDIN, a subsidiary of ALTEN Group, is seeking a security professional to perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing across enterprise networks. You will lead security awareness initiatives and help integrate security requirements into technical designs for OEM and Tier I clients.

The role emphasizes practical security controls, incident prevention, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to strengthen information security posture in a dynamic environment in Greensboro, NC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Approximately 3 years’ work experience in Information Security in an enterprise network.
• Certification such as Security+, CISSP, or CEH is a plus.
• Fundamental understanding of penetration testing techniques and technologies.
• Fundamental understanding of OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities.
• Fundamental understanding of Windows authentication and Active Directory.

Responsibilities

• Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify security gaps.
• Lead Security Awareness efforts and training programs.
• Assist in network security including DLP, IDS/IPS, and SIEM analysis.
• Review and adapt security requirements into technical designs.
