Job summary

General Dynamics - IT in the United States is seeking an Information Security Analyst Principal to strengthen enterprise cybersecurity operations across hybrid environments and to lead vulnerability management programs.

You will coordinate with cross‑functional teams to rapidly mitigate risks and ensure secure configurations in line with DISA STIGs, NSA guidelines, and DoW compliance frameworks for IL5/IL6 environments.

Qualifications

• Education: Security+, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Experience with vulnerability management and incident response.
• Security clearance TS/SCI and US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise vulnerability management operations, including deployment and optimization of Tenable Security Center across Linux/Red Hat environments.
• Collaborate with engineering, cloud, network, cybersecurity operations, and leadership teams to secure configurations and rapid vulnerability remediation.
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing vulnerability data, developing actionable reporting, and enhancing detection fidelity.
