Ladders is seeking a Senior Security Analyst to join our client’s information security team. You will assess security posture, analyze incidents, evaluate vulnerabilities, and translate findings into actionable guidance for insured organizations in a remote US-based capacity.

Collaborate cross-functionally, stay current with regulatory standards like NIST and ISO, and help strengthen protections across customer environments through practical recommendations.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in security analysis or related fields.
• Deep understanding of network threats and attack vectors.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP protocols and security applications.
• Experience with vulnerability assessment and offensive security tools.
• Familiarity with industry-standard security frameworks like NIST and ISO.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying technical concepts.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Security Analyst to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will assess security posture, identify cyber risk, and help strengthen protections across customer environments. You will analyze security incidents, evaluate vulnerabilities, and translate technical findings into clear recommendations that improve resilience and support better outcomes for insured organizations. The position also partners cross-functionally to turn security insights, emerging threats, and regulatory considerations into practical guidance.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $106,700 – $163,075 annually
