iQuasar LLC in Columbia, Maryland is seeking an Information Security Analyst IV for a contract assignment. You will apply cryptographic knowledge and security standards to evaluate and secure our client’s systems.

The role requires strong programming experience (C/C++, Python or Java), network engineering basics, and hands-on testing with technical reporting. Excellent problem-solving and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a BS degree with 2 - 4 years of prior relevant experience.
• CVP Certification
• Knowledge of cryptographic encryption algorithms, key exchange algorithms, hashing/message authentication algorithms, PKI, random number generators, etc.
• Experience with programming languages (C, C++, Python or Java) and development environments.
• Ability to comprehend security standard requirements and apply them to products.
• Experience setting up networks and familiarity with subnetting and routing concepts.
• Knowledge of common security related protocols (SSH, IPsec, TLS).
• Experience building testing environments, performing testing and reporting results (technical writing).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong multitasking and time management.

One of our clients’ needs an Information Security Analyst IV in Columbia, Maryland for a contract role.

Position: Information Security Analyst IV

Location: Columbia, Maryland

Position Type: Contract

Work Authorization: US Citizen or Green Card Holder

Position Requirements:
