Job summary

Leader Bank is looking for an Information Security Analyst to monitor events across SIEM and IDS/IPS tools, investigate threats, and coordinate incident response with business and IT teams. The role emphasizes documentation, continuous improvement, and strong analytical skills.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED with substantial Information Security experience; SIEM exposure, GIAC certifications, and SOC background are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and eight (8) years of related post-secondary education and/or experience in Information Security or Information Technology.
• Subject matter expert in areas such as Windows, UNIX, firewalls, networking, intrusion detection, threat detection/analysis, or information risk management.
• Experience with SIEM systems is a plus; GIAC certifications are a plus; SOC experience is a plus.

• Creates and provides accurate and priority driven analysis to detect, analyze, respond to and track security threats and vulnerabilities.
• Utilizes information security tools to gather information needed to investigate events of interest.
• Coordinates with business units, operations, and technology teams for incident response, remediation, and improvement.
• Maintains and analyzes accurate and concise records for all cases.
• Creates and maintains documentation, processes, procedures, and reports.
• Encourages continuous improvement and growth of Information Security.
• Develops and utilizes technical skills to expand knowledge and understanding of key Information Security controls.

Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.Salary Minimum: 80,000.00 - Salary Max: 100,000.00The range listed is just one component of Leader Bank’s total compensation package for team members.
