Job summary

Leader Bank is seeking a BI Engineer to design, build, and maintain the enterprise analytics platform, enabling data-driven decisions across the organization. You will partner with stakeholders to transform raw data into trusted insights, develop semantic layers, and govern analytics with scalable reporting solutions.

The role emphasizes Snowflake-based data models, self-service dashboards using Retool/Power BI, and ETL/ELT automation, with collaboration across business, product, and technology

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, or related disciplines.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with Snowflake or other relational databases.
• 3+ years building dashboards and analytics solutions using Power BI/Tableau/Retool or similar BI platforms.
• Strong SQL expertise including performance optimization, data warehouse design, and dimensional modeling.
• Experience with Python and JavaScript for analytics, automation, and data processing.

Responsibilities

• Data Modeling & Analytics: Design, develop, and maintain enterprise data models, semantic layers, and analytics-ready datasets in Snowflake.
• Develop scalable reporting architectures to support operational, analytical, and executive reporting needs.
• Reporting & Visualization: Create and maintain dashboards and self-service reporting using Retool and other BI tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business questions into actionable analytics and executive dashboards.
• Data Engineering & Automation: Build ELT/ETL pipelines and automate data transformations and analytics workflows.
