Mission Technologies, a division of HII, is hiring an Information Operations Subject Matter Expert in Fort Meade, MD. The role supportsDoD cyberspace operations, IO planning, and unifies cyberspace operations direction for a major client. Requires TS/SCI with Poly and a minimum of five years of related experience.

Qualifications

The Warfare Systems team is currently seeking an Information Operations Subject Matter Expert in support of an exciting effort supporting one of our clients that is responsible for unifying the direction of cyberspace operations, strengthening DoD cyberspace capabilities, and integrating and bolstering DoD's cyber expertise.

This contract supports ongoing operations within a combatant command. During periods of conflict, crisis, or other significant operational shifts, mission requirements may change rapidly. Additionally, when staffing adjustments occur, work schedules may need to be modified to maintain essential coverage. Accordingly, work shifts may be adjusted based on customer requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and a minimum of five (5) years of experience.
(Additional four (4) years of job‑related experience may be substituted for education requirement)

Must possess an active TS/SCI/Polygraph for consideration

Preferred Requirements

Minimum of five (5) years of experience to include:

• Serving as a Joint Operations Planner (Planning experience may be substituted with completion of an advanced service planner school (SAMS, SAASS, JAWS, etc.).)
• Working knowledge of the JPP, JOPES and APEX planning formats and guidance.
• Providing expert SAP, IJSTO, security and IO expert support, analysis and research into complex problems and processes relating to the subject matter.
• Serving as a technical expert on executive‑level project teams providing technical direction, interpretation, and alternatives.
• Guiding the successful completion of major programs and may function in a project leadership role.
• Specialized education in military joint operations planning through the JPME II from a CJCS accredited joint education program listed in CJCSI 1800.01E (The JIOPC, or other similar military operations planning courses, may be substituted for JPME II).
