Job summary

Mission Technologies, a division of HII, seeks an IT Specialist to support a key DoD client at Fort Meade. You’ll engage in cyber-related IT tasks, monitor systems, and respond to incidents in a high-security environment.

Ideal candidates have TS/SCI with Poly, a related degree or equivalent experience, and the ability to coordinate outages and troubleshoot tickets within a mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Poly required for consideration.
• 0 years with a Bachelor's in related field; or 4 years of relevant experience with a HS diploma or equivalent.
• Experience monitoring system status, submitting and tracking trouble tickets, and coordinating outages is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor system status and maintain situational awareness.
• Submit and track trouble tickets to ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate system outages and support DoD cyberspace operations.

Mission Technologies, Cyber & Intelligence Team is seeking a motivated IT Specialistto support a dynamic new initiative with one of our key clients—a leading force in strengthening the Department of Defense’s cyberspace operations. This contract supports ongoing operations within a combatant command. During periods of conflict, crisis, or other significant operational shifts, mission requirements may change rapidly. Additionally, when staffing adjustments occur, work schedules may need to be modified to maintain essential coverage. Accordingly, work shifts may be adjusted based on customer requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

0 years experience with Bachelors in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years relevant experience. I

Must possess an active TS/SCI/Polygraph for consideration

Preferred Requirements

Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Information Technology to include:

• Monitoring system status.
• Submitting and tracking trouble tickets.
