You will partner with attorneys, professionals, and leadership to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements while driving best practices in records management and data lifecycle.

The role involves cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement across the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in information governance, records management, or data management.
• Experience with records lifecycle, governance principles, and risk mitigation.
• Strong ability to analyze data and drive process improvements.
• Ability to work across teams, maintain confidentiality, and exercise sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Support information governance strategy by implementing policies and standards.
• Partner with legal and business teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage physical and electronic records lifecycle, retention, and disposition.
• Lead cross-functional projects to improve information management.
• Analyze data and reports to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate firm-wide to strengthen governance practices and initiatives.
• Guide Information Governance Specialists and other stakeholders.
• Drive ongoing improvements in data management and records governance.
