You will partner with attorneys and business teams, manage records, and lead cross-functional projects to improve compliance, risk management, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in information governance, records management, or data management.
• Experience with records lifecycle management and industry best practices.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and enterprise collaboration tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Support information governance strategy by implementing policies and standards.
• Partner with attorneys and business teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage lifecycle of physical and electronic records, including retention and disposition.
• Lead cross-functional projects to improve information management and efficiency.
• Analyze data and reporting to identify process improvements and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate across the firm to support strategic information governance initiatives.
• Provide guidance to Information Governance Specialists and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in data management and records governance.
