Responsibilities

• Support the firm’s Information Governance strategy by implementing policies, standards, and best practices.
• Partner with attorneys and business teams to ensure regulatory and operational compliance.
• Manage the lifecycle of physical and electronic records, including retention, transfers, holds, and disposition.
• Lead cross-functional projects to improve information management and efficiency.
• Analyze data and reporting to identify opportunities for process improvements and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate across the firm to strengthen information governance practices and support strategic initiatives.
