Job summary

Telos Corporation is seeking an Information Assurance Trainer to support a remote role in the United States. The position focuses on developing a comprehensive Xacta training strategy for a complex implementation and delivering engaging training to diverse user communities.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years of enterprise IT training experience, with preference for Xacta experience and strong collaboration with the Telos Training team.

Responsibilities

• Develop Comprehensive Training Strategy for a complex Xacta implementation.

• Provide Xacta Help Desk support as required by the Program Management Team.
• Collaborate with Telos Training team to streamline learning for customers.
• Facilitate training, workshops, and create video content supporting Xacta.

This position will be Remote

Responsibilities:

• Develop Comprehensive Training Strategy for a complex implementation of Xacta supporting multiple user communities that have their own processes
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement, schedule, and training program
• Support the development of embedded learning materials within the Xacta platform
• Provide incremental updates to training materials based on platform and implementation updates
• provide Xacta Help Desk support as required by the Program Management Team
• Work directly with the Telos Training team to streamline learning and education of customer
• Facilitate training, workshops, and the creation of video content supporting Xacta

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree
• 2-4 years of experience in Enterprise Information Technology Training, Information System Administration Training, or other customer training for a robust and diverse user community.

The successful candidate must meet eligibility requirements to access sensitive information, which requires US citizenship.
