Job summary

The Swift Group, LLC is seeking an Information Assurance Software Engineer for Annapolis Junction, MD. You will develop, test, and maintain complex software systems, ensuring alignment with documented requirements and system design considerations.

Level 1–4 positions require progressive IA software development experience, plus a US citizen with an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph. You will work individually or in teams across multiple platforms and projects.

Qualifications

• Level 1: One (1) year of IA software development experience is required.
• Level 2: Four (4) years of IA software development experience is required.
• Level 3: Ten (10) years of IA software development experience is required.
• Level 4: Fifteen (15) years of IA software development experience is required; Master’s or PhD substitutions may apply.
• US citizenship and an active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements to derive software solutions and performance requirements.
• Debug existing software and correct defects.
• Assist with algorithms to meet performance and functional standards.
• Draft or review software and system documentation.
• Coordinate software system installation and monitor equipment functioning to meet specifications.
