Tetrad Digital Integrity LLC (TDI) is a cybersecurity leader standing up a new Agile development team to modernize federal IT and deliver transformation critical to national missions. The IA Team Lead will establish and mentor IA engineers, ensuring secure, compliant systems and guiding assess/authorize activities.

Qualifications

• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance required.
• Must meet DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 or higher (Sec+ CE or higher).
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline plus 12+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with risk assessments, IT audits, security planning, systems accreditation, and policy development.
• Knowledge of security technologies including firewalls, VPNs, virtualization, DLP, IDS/IPS, and physical security assets.
• Experience leading cybersecurity or IA teams.

Responsibilities

• Validate and approve time charging for assigned personnel.

This is a rare ground-floor opportunity to architect, build, and integrate cutting-edge infrastructure solutions in support of some of our nation’s most sensitive and critical missions.TheInformation Assurance (IA) branch is responsible for ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the Information Technology assets for both unclassified and classified networks. We are currently seeking an IA Team Lead to help establish a new team as well as lead and mentor IA Engineers.

This is a fully onsite opportunity requiring a daily commute to the Washington, DC area. An active TS/SCI security clearance is required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Overseeing the security of information systems, ensuring they are properly secured, maintained, and compliant with established policies, standards, and regulations.
• Conducting regular security assessments, vulnerability scans, and risk analyses to identify potential threats and weaknesses in the systems and mitigate those risks.
• Ensuring systems comply with relevant security frameworks and participating in regular security audits to ensure adherence to compliance standards.
• Coordinating the process of certifying and accrediting systems, ensuring they meet all security requirements before deployment.
• Monitoring system activity to detect unauthorized access, malware, and other potential security threats, and implementing ongoing improvements to security controls.
• Working closely with other teams (IT, legal, compliance, etc.) to integrate security into system development and maintenance processes and ensuring security measures align with business objectives.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to IA personnel and conduct performance assessments
• Validate and approve time charging for assigned personnel

QUALIFICATIONS

• Active DoD TS/SCI security clearance.Ability to pass additional customer suitability screening(s) prior to start.
• Must meet DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 or higher (Sec+ CE or higher).
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 12+ years of prior relevant experience; additional related experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Experience performing risk assessments, IT audits, security planning, systems accreditation, and policy development, including compliance with USG, DoD, and DA regulations and preparation for information security audits and questionnaires.
• Understanding of information technology and security technologies, including firewalls, VPNs, virtualization, DLP, IDS/IPS, and physical security assets.
• Knowledge of domain structures, user authentication, data encryption, access audits, and end-user security best practices.
• Experience with UNIX/Linux operating systems and scripting languages.
• Experience leading cybersecurity or IA teams.

PAY RANGE

The anticipated salary range for this position is $160,000 - $180,000. This range is a good-faith estimate and not a guarantee of compensation. Final compensation will be based on factors including experience, education, skills, geographic location, internal equity, market data and applicable contract requirements, and may fall outside the posted range.
