Williamson County seeks an organized receptionist to provide information and guidance to visitors at the Administration Building. The role handles phone, email, and in-person inquiries, manages mail, calendars, and room bookings, and assists with events and clerical tasks.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and 1 year of customer service. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. Work is primarily in-office with occasional after-hours coverage.
Reporting directly to the Office Administrator, responsible for providing information, assistance, and guidance to the various Williamson County Administration Building visitors and callers.
