Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in computer science or related field; 3 years experience in lieu; Bachelor's preferred.
• Basic knowledge of at least one programming language such as C#/.NET, Java, SQL, C++, Python, Visual Basic or JavaScript.
• Basic understanding of one tool/platform such as Informatica, CI/CD, Pega, Power BI, Cognos.
• Basic knowledge of at least one operating system, such as Unix-Based or Windows.
• Basic database experience
• Basic understanding of software testing and quality.
• Demonstrated basic ability to communicate and partner with team members to understand user stories and impacts.
• Demonstrated basic understanding of security concepts, OpenAPI/OWASP awareness

Responsibilities

• Develops code, analyzes, researches, and resolves system issues.
• Participates in on-call production support rotation.
• Supports, maintains, creates and follows IT processes, documentation and design/code reviews.
• Collaborates with team members to understand requirements and impacts.
• Creates work plans and programs with guidance using development standards.
• Develops skill in one tool/platform and source control.
• Builds understanding of SDLC within the team after one year.
• Maintains privacy and attendance expectations.
