Job summary

Pacer Group seeks an Informatica Product 360 Administrator to design and optimize data models, workflows, and master data for a global industrial manufacturing client. You will collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure accurate product information and scalable lifecycles.

The role focuses on admin standards, security, and performance tuning, with integration to ERP/PLM and ecommerce, supporting omnichannel experiences.

Qualifications

POSITION OVERVIEW

This role sits within the Enterprise Data Architecture department, reporting directly to the Director of Enterprise Data Architecture. The incumbent will solve data quality and synchronization bottlenecks for a global industrial manufacturing client by designing scalable Informatica P360 solutions that streamline product lifecycles and enable consistent omnichannel experiences.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design comprehensive Informatica Product 360 architectures and end-to-end solutions | Ensuring robust alignment with enterprise data strategies and long-term growth objectives.
• Define Product 360 admin standards for environment setup, user management, and security configuration | Maintaining controlled and auditable access to sensitive product and reference data assets.
• Optimize Product 360 performance through capacity planning, environment tuning, and proactive monitoring | Processing large volumes of industrial manufacturing product records efficiently.
• Drive integration patterns between Product 360 and upstream or downstream systems (ERP, PLM, ecommerce platforms) | Enabling consistent and synchronized product information across all channels.
• Establish data governance practices around product master data including stewardship models and approval flows | Improving product data accuracy and trust across the organization.
