Qualifications

• Associate's degree in computer science, information technology or related field; 3 years experience accepted in lieu of degree; Bachelor's preferred.
• Basic knowledge of at least one programming language (C#, Java, SQL, C++, Python, VB, or JavaScript).
• Basic understanding of Informatica, CI/CD, Pega, Power BI, Cognos.
• Basic operating system knowledge (Unix/Windows).
• Basic database experience and software testing understanding.
• Strong communication to understand user stories and impacts.
• Basic security principles and OpenAPI/OWASP awareness.

Responsibilities

• Develops code, analyzes, researches, and resolves software issues.
• Participates in on-call production support rotation.
• Supports and follows IT processes, documentation, and reviews.
• Collaborates with team to understand requirements and impacts.
• Creates work plans and programs with guidance.
• Develops skills in one tool and source control.
• Demonstrates understanding of SDLC within year.
• Ensures member privacy per corporate policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
