Job summary

D&G Support Services seeks a Mid-Level ETL / Data Integration Developer to support the Integrated Data Environment & Global Transportation Network Convergence (IGC). The role focuses on Informatica-based ETL workflows, complex SQL, and enterprise interfaces for DoD logistics modernization.

Hybrid work model with on-site Scott Air Force Base considerations; strong data integration and cloud-migration experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Four or more years of professional experience in ETL development, data integration, or related field.
• Experience with Informatica PowerCenter and mappings, transformations, workflows, sessions, parameter files, and reusable components.
• Strong SQL skills, including complex joins, subqueries, views, procedures, functions, and indexing.
• Experience with source-to-target mappings and data-transformation/business rules.
• Experience with relational DBs (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Aurora/RDS, SQL Server).
• Experience with data validation, reconciliation, and ETL performance optimization.
• Experience with Git and GitLab-based development/deployment processes.
• Experience developing or consuming RESTful APIs and web services.
• Familiarity with Agile, automated testing, secure software delivery, DevSecOps, and CI/CD.
• Bachelor’s or certifications in relevant fields; DoD workforce qualification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Informatica mappings, transformations, workflows, and data-integration processes.
• Translate requirements into technical mappings, transformations, and data structures for enterprise data integration.
• Extract, transform, validate, and load data from databases, files, APIs, web services, and enterprise interfaces while ensuring data quality.
• Develop and optimize complex SQL, views, procedures, functions, and indexes for ETL workloads.
• Create and maintain mappings, data dictionaries, interface docs, and workflow diagrams.
• Perform data profiling, cleansing, reconciliation, and root-cause analysis; troubleshoot ETL issues.
• Support ETL performance tuning and cloud modernization including AWS/Aurora; use Git/GitLab CI/CD for changes.
• Collaborate in Agile ceremonies, testing, release activities, and production support.
