The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Cloud Data Quality (CDQ), including the design and implementation of customized data quality rules.This role will be responsible for architecting, developing, and optimizing data quality solutions to ensure robust, reliable, and compliant data assets across the organization. Key Responsibilities Data Quality Rule Development: Design, develop, and implement complex and customized data quality rules using Informatica IICS/IDMC CDQ modules. Rule Customization: Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for custom data quality rule creation and deployment. Data Profiling & Assessment: Conduct data profiling, quality assessments, and root cause analysis to identify data anomalies and recommend remediation strategies. Solution Architecture: Architect end-to-end data quality solutions, integrating Informatica IICS/IDMC with other enterprise data platforms. Performance Optimization: Optimize data quality processes for scalability and performance in cloud and hybrid environments. Collaboration: Work closely with data stewards, business analysts, and IT teams to ensure alignment of data quality solutions with business objectives. Documentation & Best Practices: Develop and maintain technical documentation, best practices, and reusable assets for data quality management. Mentoring: Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership on data quality initiatives. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience: 8-10 years of hands-on experience with Informatica IICS and/or IDMC, with a strong focus on Cloud Data Quality (CDQ). Data Quality Expertise: Proven track record in building, customizing, and implementing data quality rules and workflows. Custom Rule Implementation: Demonstrated ability to design and deploy customized data quality rules tailored to specific business needs. Delphix Knowledge: Working knowledge of Delphix for data virtualization, masking, and test data management. Cloud Data Management: Experience with cloud data integration, migration, and management best practices. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in SQL, data profiling, and data transformation techniques. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. |
