The Evolvers Group is seeking a Software Engineer with strong data governance and data engineering expertise, specializing in Informatica Data Governance and Snowflake. This role focuses on building scalable data solutions, implementing governance standards, and ensuring high‑quality, trusted data across the organization.

You will partner with data stewards, analysts, and business teams to define and enforce governance rules.

Qualifications

• Experience with Informatica Data Governance tools (Axon/EDC/IDQ).
• Strong data governance, metadata management and data lineage knowledge.
• Experience building scalable data pipelines and data models.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Azure/AWS/Databricks/Snowflake).

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain Informatica Data Governance solutions, including metadata management, data quality rules, lineage, and stewardship workflows.
• Develop automated data ingestion, transformation, and validation processes; ensure data accuracy and security.
• Collaborate with data stewards, analysts and business teams to define governance standards and reporting requirements.
• Monitor data quality, performance, and reliability across pipelines; troubleshoot defects with technical teams.

We are seeking Software Engineer with strong data engineering and data governance expertise, specializing in Informatica Data Governance and Snowflake. This role focuses on building scalable data solutions, implementing governance frameworks, and ensuring high-quality, trusted data across the organization. Responsible for implementing and maintaining Informatica Data Governance solutions including metadata management, data quality rules, lineage, and stewardship workflows while partnering with data stewards, analysts, and business teams to define and enforce governance standards. Develops automated data ingestion, transformation, and validation processes and integrates Snowflake with Informatica and other Cloud platforms. Monitors data quality, performance, and reliability across pipelines, contributes to architectural decisions and best practice documentation, and resolves data issues to ensure accuracy, consistency, and security. Provides technical guidance and recommendations related to report development.

Responsibilities

• Strong experience with Informatica Data Governance tools ("e.g., Axon, EDC, IDQ").
• Expert of data cataloging and enterprise data governance frameworks.
• Background in building scalable and distributed data systems.
• Expert of data modeling, metadata management, and data lineage.
• Experience with API integrations and workflow automation.
• Hands‑on experience with Snowflake (SQL, Snowflake architecture, performance tuning, ELT).
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, and modern DevOps practices.
• Define data transformation rules, metadata, and data lineage documentation.
• Ensure reporting and extract requirements align with enterprise data governance standards.
• Troubleshoot defects and work with technical teams to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Informatica Data Governance tools ("e.g., Axon, EDC, IDQ").
• Experience with Informatica Cloud (IICS).
• Experience with API integrations and workflow automation.
• Skill with Microsoft Office tools, particularly with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint
• Understanding of cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, or similar).
• Expert of data modeling, metadata management, and data lineage.
• Knowledge of enterprise information management processes and methodologies, relational database management systems, and metadata management
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and regulations (PII) relevant to data management and data governance
• Experience in working in fast-paced and ever-changing environments; achieving project’s deliverables and deadlines; exercising sound judgment in making critical decisions; analyzing complex information and developing plans to address identified issues.
• Skill in interpersonal relationships, including the ability to work with people under pressure, negotiate among multiple parties, resolve conflicts, and establish and maintain effective working relationships with various levels of personnel.
• Experience in data focused projects, like moving from Legacy to
