Job summary

HRize LLC is seeking an ERP Administrator/Integrator to manage Infor SyteLine on-prem, design integrations with ERP-connected systems, and deliver robust reporting and analytics. You will work with SQL, APIs, and BI tools to ensure data integrity and actionable insights for manufacturing, operations, and finance.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, document changes, and maintain vendor relationships to support ongoing optimization of the SyteLine environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience administering, configuring, and supporting Infor SyteLine / CloudSuite Industrial in on-prem environments.
• 3+ years building integrations between SyteLine and other enterprise systems (CRM, shipping, CPQ, HRIS, or similar).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and business workflows and ability to connect ERP functionality to operational goals.
• Working knowledge of SQL and enterprise data concepts; experience troubleshooting data, reporting, and integration issues at the source.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, project management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities MUST KNOW SYTELINE APS

ERP Administration & Configuration

• Configure, maintain, and support the Infor SyteLine on-premises ERP environment to ensure reliable performance and effective day-to-day use across manufacturing, operations, and finance functions
• Configure and extend SyteLine using Infor tooling — including Mongoose forms, workflows, DataViews, reports, dashboards, and KPIs — to meet evolving business requirements
• Troubleshoot functional and technical issues across the SyteLine environment — identifying root causes, coordinating resolution, and communicating clearly with affected users and stakeholders throughout
• Maintain relationships with software vendors, service providers, and programming consultants when specialized support or development is required
• Document configurations, customizations, interfaces, dependencies, testing results, support procedures, and version history — maintaining a reliable configuration management record

Integration Development

• Design, develop, and support integrations between SyteLine and connected enterprise platforms — including CRM, CPQ, WMS/MES, business intelligence, document management, data warehouse, shipping, and finance applications
• Use and develop APIs, IDOs, SQL, JSON, XML, and related integration technologies to create reliable, maintainable, and well-documented data flows between SyteLine and third-party systems
• Troubleshoot integration failures, data discrepancies, and performance issues across all connected systems — conducting root cause analysis and implementing sustainable fixes

Reporting & Analytics

• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot reports and analytics using Mongoose Reporting, DataViews, Crystal Reports, SQL, Power BI, and related tools
• Partner with operations, finance, and leadership stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and build actionable management visibility into SyteLine data
• Ensure data integrity across SyteLine and connected systems — supporting the organization’s ability to make reliable, data-driven decisions

Experience & Qualifications

Required

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience administering, configuring, supporting, and developing in Infor SyteLine / CloudSuite Industrial — specifically in on-premises environments
• 3+ years of experience building integrations between SyteLine and other enterprise systems — CRM, shipping, quoting/CPQ, HRIS, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and business workflows — able to connect ERP functionality to operational goals without needing a translator
• Working knowledge of SQL and enterprise data concepts — with demonstrated experience troubleshooting data, reporting, and integration issues at the source
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, documentation, project management, and communication skills — comfortable working with both technical teams and non-technical business users across all levels of the organisation

Preferred

• Experience with .NET, Visual Studio, Crystal Reports, Power BI, or similar development and analytics tools
• Experience integrating SyteLine with platforms such as HubSpot, Xait CPQ, WMS/MES solutions, document management, shipping automation, or financial reporting tools
• Experience with auxiliary Infor products including Doc-Track or Infor Document Management (IDM)
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field — equivalent experience will be considered
