Judge Group, Inc. is seeking a Systems Analyst with deep Infor CloudSuite HCM expertise to support HR and Payroll operations, configurations, and enhancements. You will partner with HR, Payroll, and IT to maintain and optimize GHR, Workforce Management, and related workflows.

The role emphasizes SDLC-driven application administration, security configuration, and documentation, requiring strong SQL and Infor OS/ION experience. A four-year degree is expected.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience supporting Lawson HR/Payroll and Infor CloudSuite HCM environments.
• Strong payroll, benefits, position budgeting, and absence & time management knowledge.
• Experience with Infor Landmark and Landmark Pattern Language (LPL).
• Experience developing Infor Process Automation (IPA) workflows.
• Experience using Configuration Console.
• Strong SQL and enterprise database experience.
• Experience with Infor OS and ION integrations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent four-year college program.

Location: Chelsea, MA Salary: $80.00 USD Hourly – $85.00 USD Hourly Description:

Role Summary

The client is seeking a Systems Analyst with strong functional and technical expertise in Infor CloudSuite HCM to support HR and Payroll operations, application administration, issue resolution, and ongoing enhancement initiatives. The consultant will work closely with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to maintain, enhance, configure, and support HCM applications while following established SDLC processes.

• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to ensure application performance and functionality.

• Experience supporting enterprise application integrations.
• Prior experience in large public-sector, utility, or highly regulated organizations.
