Job summary

Amentum is seeking experienced Operations in the Information Environment (OIE) Planners to support the Apollo program across CCMDs. These planners integrate information forces and IW into CCMD level planning and campaign design.

Responsibilities include mission analysis, wargaming, OIE product development, and cross-discipline coordination with J2/J3/J5, while mentoring junior staff and ensuring compliant CONOPs.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required; US Citizenship required.
• 11+ years in OIE/IO/IW or Joint planning with BS/BA, or 8+ years with MS/MA.
• Experience supporting CCMD/JTF/TSOC HQs.
• Mastery of the Joint Planning Process and operational design.
• Experience creating OIE plans, annexes, estimates, and CONOPs.
• Strong oral and written communication; briefing senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support mission analysis, COA development, wargaming, per JPP.
• Develop and integrate OIE planning products and CONOPs.
• Apply targeting-like methods to information planning from effects to assessment.
• Integrate OIE considerations across design, campaign planning, and crisis action planning.
• Coordinate with J2/J3/J5 to embed OIE in staff processes.
• Mentor junior planners and contribute to professional development.
