Job summary

Heart & Soil in Dripping Springs, TX is seeking a Sr. Influencers & Partnerships Manager to own and scale influencer, affiliate, and publisher programs. You will lead strategy, performance, and systems while mentoring a mid-level Influencer Associate and coordinating with external partners.

This player-coach role requires hands-on work to build from the ground up, delivering awareness, credibility, customer acquisition, and revenue at scale across a multi-tier ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or partnerships.
• Proven experience building or significantly improving influencer or affiliate programs.
• Hands-on experience with influencer and affiliate platforms, tracking tools, and performance analytics.
• Experience managing a wide range of partners from high-profile to large-scale programs.
• Strong understanding of performance metrics, attribution, and ROI in partnerships.
• Experience managing agencies or external partners preferred.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the inputs and performance of full-funnel influencer program (sourcing, seeding, outreach, onboarding, account management, UGC & whitelisting, campaign management).
• Manage and develop publisher-side affiliate programs with accountability for performance and impact.
• Continue to develop systems to improve automation and efficiency in workflows.
• Lead partnerships strategy across multiple tiers, including high-profile talent and commission-based affiliates.
• Act as a player-coach: set strategy, maintain execution, and mentor internal Influencer team and affiliate agencies.
• Design, optimize, and maintain the systems, tools, and processes that power a scalable program.
• Manage key partner relationships and negotiate favorable deals; oversee external partners and agencies.
• Partner cross-functionally with paid media, organic social, and creative teams to maximize creator content impact.
• Track, analyze, and communicate partnerships performance; identify opportunities and address issues.
• Take ownership of improving what’s not working, moving quickly from insight to action.
