Job summary

YourPassion1st in the United States seeks a proactive Influencer Partnerships Coordinator to join our mission-driven team. You will manage influencer outreach, coordinate calls, draft briefs, and support agreements with the Director and Legal.

This role requires clear communication, organization, and the ability to balance creative and operational details. You'll work with creatives across music, arts, sports, and entrepreneurship to amplify our storytelling, track deliverables, and help

Qualifications

• Experience or interest in influencer marketing, PR, artist relations, or partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Be the front-line relationship manager for influencers who support YourPassion1st, executing the strategy set by the Influencer Partnerships Director.
• Schedule and support intro calls, sharing the YourPassion1st story and opportunities to donate time, content, or funding.
• Manage ongoing communication with influencers and/or their reps, providing timelines, briefs, and updates.
• Help prepare and send agreements, expectations documents, and simple contracts in collaboration with the Director and Legal.
• Coordinate influencer involvement in campaigns, events, workshops, and digital content (e.g., shout-outs, panels, live streams).
• Track influencer engagement and deliverables in a shared system so the team always knows the status of each partnership.
