Krea in San Francisco, CA is hiring an Influencer Marketing Lead to drive creator partnerships and scale our influencer program. You will identify creators, negotiate deals, manage budgets, and coordinate launches with creative and product teams.

You will sign top talent, write briefs, review content, and analyze campaign performance to optimize impact. This full-time, in-person role supports our mission to empower AI-driven creativity.

Qualifications

• 2+ years running influencer or creator marketing for a brand or agency.
• You follow a lot of creators and can tell good content from bad.
• Comfortable negotiating and keeping lots of conversations going at once.
• Organized and good with spreadsheets.
• You write short, clear emails.

About this role

We're looking for an Influencer Marketing Lead to run our creator partnerships. You'll find creators whose work we like, sign them, and get Krea in front of their audiences.
