Golden Careers is seeking an Influencer Intern to support the influencer team in executing partnerships for health & wellness brands. You will learn to source influencers, draft outreach, manage communications, and help negotiate terms, briefs, and assets.

The role offers a hybrid schedule in Woodland Hills, CA and exposure to cross-functional collaboration, analytics, and campaign reporting. Bachelor’s students encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Able to identify partnership and growth opportunities.
• Advanced knowledge of IG, TikTok, YouTube and the influencer space.
• Passion for social media and influencers.
• Superior attention to detail.
• Written communication experience.
• Self-starter who takes initiative.
• Aspire experience is a plus.
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree.

Responsabilités

• Assist in sourcing influencers and UGC creators aligned with brand values and goals.
• Draft and send outreach messages for collaboration opportunities.
• Monitor and respond to inbound emails about campaign details and timelines.
• Assist with rate discussions and negotiations under guidance.
• Support creation of content briefs and influencer decks for campaigns.
• Identify potential influencer partners through mentions, tags, and conversations.
• Help organize and track creative assets delivered by influencers and UGC creators.
• Maintain internal trackers and documentation for campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support execution and reporting.
• Conduct competitive research to expand reach and engagement.
• Track and share results of influencer campaigns with a data-driven mindset.
