Qualifications

• 2+ years of influencer marketing experience in US & UK markets.
• Ability to manage several influencer activations at once.
• Strong negotiation skills to secure partnerships.
• A data-friendly mindset to review metrics and budgets.
• Positive energy and a can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Great communication and relationship-building skills.
• Understanding of social media algorithms and influencer metrics.
• Experience in health & wellness products is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Initial Outreach & Negotiation: Initiate contact with influencers, negotiate deliverables, pricing and timelines.
• Scout Management: Coordinate and supervise scouts who identify potential influencers.
• Influencer Screening: Evaluate profiles for relevance, authenticity, engagement and fit.
• Reporting & Feedback: Summarize campaign performance and outreach metrics.
