Job summary

Agility Collective is seeking an action-oriented Influencer Marketing Associate to join our marketing/growth hack team. You’ll forge relationships with web-based influencers in beauty, fashion, lifestyle and other niche demographics, introduce our brands, and drive ongoing media activity.

Daily work includes outreach, routine follow-ups, and measuring communications to optimize influencer campaigns. You’ll ensure campaigns run as agreed, qualify new influencers, and help expand our influencer

Qualifications

• Prior marketing or customer service experience.
• Marketing experience in social media, content, or public relations is a plus.
• Demonstrated job stability and performance.
• Strong attention to detail, time management and decision-making skills.
• Passion for creative thought and ability to learn from past or present experiences.
• Aptitude for learning, both through training, and independently.

Responsibilities

• Routine follow-ups to ensure campaigns with influencers are progressing
• Measuring communication and work to optimize and improve the team’s influencer marketing efforts.
• Working with influencers to ensure campaigns are executed based on the terms set
• Finding new influencers or “qualifying” existing influencers for our team to utilize
