Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on influencer program management.
• Strong understanding of influencer platforms and creator compensation models.
• Excellent communication skills; comfortable presenting to clients and stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset to optimize creator selection, content formats, and campaign performance.
• Ability to balance strategy and execution from sourcing to reporting.
• Natural relationship-builder with a network of creators, agencies, and platform contacts.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day management of client relationships with proactive communication and guidance.
• Develop and execute full-funnel influencer strategies aligned to client goals (awareness or conversions).
• Provide end-to-end creator program management: recruitment, gifting, contracts, negotiation, activation, performance optimization.
• Source, vet, and activate creators across platforms (TikTok, Meta, YouTube, Substack).
• Negotiate deliverables, usage rights, and compensation models.
• Collaborate on whitelisting and paid amplification campaigns to maximize performance.
• Build compensation strategies (flat fee, CPA, hybrid) aligned to ROI and client goals.
• Work with creators on content briefs and approvals to ensure brand consistency.
• Manage campaign budgets with focus on ROI, CAC, and LTV.
• Provide ongoing campaign reporting and insights on performance and opportunities.
