This role shapes creator connections with fans and enthusiast communities, expanding programs across gaming and collectibles while collaborating with marketing, CS, and product teams.

You will lead and grow influencer relationships, monitor sentiment, and translate community insights into actionable marketing strategies, blending strategic thinking with hands‑on

Qualifications

• 5+ years in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, community management, or related field.
• Experience building influencer partnerships and creator relationships.
• Experience on a small, high‑performing team owning strategy and execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute influencer, creator, and community engagement strategies.
• Build and manage relationships with content creators, influencers, affiliates, and communities.
• Run day‑to‑day administration of programs including records, agreements, tracking, deliverables, and payments.
