Job summary

FP Movement is seeking an Influencer and Content Coordinator in Los Angeles to support daily execution of our creator marketing program across ongoing activations, launches, and partnerships. You will manage casting, contracting, briefing, approvals and reporting, requiring organization and cross-functional collaboration.

The role is temporary, based in Los Angeles, with a wage range of $30–$35 per hour and a need to balance multiple priorities, events and community activities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in influencer, talent or content driven roles.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe and other creative platforms.
• Strong communication skills and email platform usage.
• Highly organized with attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Creator Strategy and Campaign Execution: support talent casting, briefing and execution across programs.
• Talent Management and Contracts: manage creator relationships, negotiate rates and deliverables, redline contracts.
• Content Distribution and Paid Social Support: review content, distribute to teams, optimize creator performance.
• Reporting and Program Operations: maintain trackers and prepare quarterly leadership reports.
