As an Influencer Marketing Coordinator, you will support the planning and execution of influencer/content creator marketing programs and campaigns across a variety of consumer brands. You'll help identify creators, manage outreach, coordinate partnerships, organize campaign assets, track deliverables, and ensure everything stays on schedule.
Success in this role requires exceptional organization, strong written communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple programs and campaigns simultaneously while maintaining a positive experience for both clients and creators.
Support the execution of influencer/creator programs and campaigns from planning through completion.
Research and identify creators that align with client objectives, target audiences, and campaign/program/content goals.
Assist with creator outreach, communication, and relationship management.
Coordinate campaign timelines and ensure deliverables are received on schedule.
Track campaign progress and proactively follow up with creators when needed.
Help coordinate product shipments, creator addresses, and shipping logistics with clients and creators.
Organize contracts, briefing documents, usage rights, and asset files.
Maintain accurate campaign trackers and internal documentation.
Verify creator content meets program or campaign requirements before submission.
Coordinate content approvals between creators, internal teams, and clients.
Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for creators through program and campaign execution.
Build positive, professional relationships with creators.
Help partnerships move forward by communicating all content feedback/revision requests, answering questions, navigating occasional pushback, and negotiating requests.
Provide clear campaign briefs and answer creator questions throughout campaigns.
Ensure creators receive timely communication regarding approvals, revisions, and payment processes.
Help maintain Hart & Highland's creator database and identify new partnership opportunities.
Work closely with Creative Managers, Social Media Managers, Producers, and Operations teams to ensure influencer campaigns align with broader marketing initiatives.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creator recommendations and campaign ideas.
Communicate program and campaign updates proactively with internal stakeholders.
Support cross-functional projects as business needs evolve.
Maintain accurate reporting documents throughout programs and campaigns.
Collect campaign performance metrics and organize data for client reporting as applicable by scope of work.
Identify process improvements that help programs and campaigns run more efficiently.
Keep program and campaign documentation organized and up to date.

1–3 years of influencer marketing, social media, talent management, public relations, or marketing experience.
Experience working with influencer platforms and creator databases.
Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging social platforms.
Experience using Google Workspace and project management software such as Asana and Notion.
Understanding of FTC disclosure guidelines and influencer marketing best practices.
Education may include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Ability to commute to Santa Monica, CA, at least once per week
This position begins as a 90-day temporary full-time role. During the term, employees receive all legally required paid sick leave and paid company closures in accordance with applicable law.
At the conclusion of the temporary assignment, Hart & Highland may, at its sole discretion and based on business needs, available work, and employee performance, offer a permanent full-time position. Permanent employees become eligible for Hart & Highland's benefits package and paid time off in accordance with company policies.
