Job summary

Oddball is seeking a hands-on summer intern in New York City to launch and own an influencer and gifting program from the ground up. You’ll coordinate events, build a list, reach out to creators, and execute end-to-end partnerships with decision-makers directly involved.

You'll drive grassroots community initiatives to turn first-time buyers into loyal advocates, and you’ll run sampling events in NYC and the tri-state area, scaling by recruiting Brand Ambassadors in other cities.

Qualifications

• Outgoing and energized by real human connection.
• Able to talk to strangers and build a follow-up tracker.
• Organized enough to manage multiple tasks and a small team of ambassadors

Responsibilities

• Own Influencer & Gifting program from scratch; build list, outreach, and end-to-end execution.
• Develop grassroots Community Building initiatives to turn first-time buyers into repeat purchasers.
• Run sampling events in NYC/tri-state and recruit/manage three Brand Ambassadors in other cities.
