Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking an Analyst in the Basel Measurement and Analytics (BM&A) team to support RWA calculations and variance analysis under Basel rules. You will collaborate with LOB controllers to identify drivers such as policy updates and portfolio changes, contributing to end-to-end production and Capital Infrastructure projects.

The role requires strong Excel and SQL skills, experience in treasury or regulatory reporting, and the ability to work under pressure in a demanding financial

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, MIS, or Economics.
• Experience in Treasury, Financial or Regulatory Reporting in a financial institution (or internship).
• Strong Excel and SQL skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain a controls mindset.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the collection and aggregation of monthly RWA datasets.
• Perform routine data validation controls for reporting accuracy.
• Analyze period-over-period exposure and RWA trends.
• Investigate and resolve data gaps and reporting issues.
• Complete monthly and quarterly reporting deliverables with urgency.
• Support project work and test cases.
• Collaborate with business partners and handle day-to-day inquiries.
• Prepare and present updates to senior management and extended stakeholders.
