Job summary

Alaska Airlines in Seattle is seeking a Supervisor Inflight to oversee Flight Attendants and daily operations. You will ensure the Service Framework is executed, provide resources, and drive performance and safety outcomes across inbound/outbound flights.

The role demands leadership, coaching, and effective problem solving, with the ability to work shifts and travel as needed. Minnesota-based crew qualifications and DOT compliance are required.

Qualifications

  • 3 years of customer service experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree, or two years of training/experience in lieu of this degree.
  • DOT pre-employment testing & background check clearance.
  • FAA flight attendant certificate and IOE training prerequisites.
  • Able to meet height, swimming, lifting and grooming requirements.
  • U.S. work authorization and passport/travel document eligibility.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and direct Flight Attendants to meet safety, customer service and reliability objectives.
  • Uphold policies, training, bulletins, and tools; ensure staff stay updated.
  • Drive engagement and coach Flight Attendants with ongoing feedback.
  • Investigate delays, irregular operations, and propose improvements.
  • Support outbound/inbound flights and liaise with FAA and other departments.
  • Lead project work and contribute to a positive team culture.
