You will provide real-time operational oversight, prioritize issues, and communicate with airline clients, production, and ramp operations.

Responsibilities include monitoring schedules, handling service disruptions, and upholding HACCP/GMP and safety policies in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 3–5 years in aviation/logistics/catering or ops customer service.
• Experience coordinating multi-functional workflows or airline ops preferred.
• Must be able to read and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and align inflight catering across teams for on-time flight execution.
• Monitor schedules, timelines, staffing, and service execution for on-time delivery.
• Lead real-time resolution of disruptions and last-minute requests.
• Ensure HACCP/GMP and safety policy compliance.
• Move between office, production areas, and airside operations.
