You will hunt candidates in venues like GitHub and arXiv, run interview coordination, and work with hiring managers to craft offers.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of recruiting, sales, sourcing, or talent coordination experience
• Clubs, side projects, volunteering or demonstrated work showing initiative
• Curiosity about AI, hardware or deep tech
• Fast learner who asks for help when needed
• Low ego and high drive focused on outcomes
• Ability to talk with technical people without faking it
• Coachable and receptive to feedback

Responsibilities

• Own requisitions end-to-end: sourcing, screening, coordinating, closing
• Hunt candidates where recruiters rarely look: GitHub, arXiv, Apache lists, Discord, conferences
• Run structured interview coordination and lead candidate debriefs
• Collaborate with lead recruiters on offer strategy and closing
• Help build recruiting systems and processes from the ground up
