Job description

As the Admin & IT specialist at inFeedo, you will play a definitive role in impacting the employee experience for all inFolks (employees of inFeedo). You will be responsible for all the admin & IT requirements of inFolks.

What will you be doing?

  1. Asset management & forecasting: Understand business needs and maintain laptop inventory and licensed software records accordingly. Assess assets on a regular basis to ensure that they continue to meet necessary demands.
  2. Stakeholder Management: Coordinate the needs of all remote inFolks, vendors and contractors with the least possible TAT.
  3. Vendor Management: Coordinate with inFeedo’s IT vendors for laptops requisition, repairs, disposal etc.
  4. Ensure data security: Protect customer data from outside infiltration through encryption, secure data storage and other necessary means.
  5. Tools Management: Such as MS Office, VPN, Mobile device management, and others.
  6. Support and troubleshooting: Resolving all issues inFolks have with their laptops and software. Assist with the installation of new hardware and software and help train employees on its use.
  7. Device Log Monitoring: Monitor all user device logs for errors, anomalies, or suspicious activity that deviates from the norm, to identify and avoid malicious attacks on our system.
  8. Analysis & Ideation: Offer suggestions for possible upgrades and changes within the IT department.

What skills do you need?

  1. Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Engineering, or Computer Science or equivalent.
  2. Experience: 3-4 years of relevant work experience.
  3. Critical Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, Problem-solving, Resourcefulness, Analytical Abilities, project management, forecasting & vendor management.
  4. Bonus Points: If you have prior experience in managing and troubleshooting MacBooks & interest to deliver a ‘wow’ employee experience.
