Medical University of South Carolina seeks an MD or MD/PhD in Infectious Diseases to join as a clinician educator. The faculty member will contribute to inpatient rounds, inpatient services, weekly rounds, and education of medical learners on campus and outreach sites.

Tele Infectious Diseases and clinical research opportunities are available, expanding outreach and scholarship across MUSC’s clinical enterprise.

Qualifications

• MD or MD/PhD board certified (or board eligible) in Infectious Diseases.
• Proven ability or experience in clinical education and teaching.

Responsabilités

• Rounding on inpatient teaching service and inpatient attending/APP service.
• Participate in weekly meetings, grand rounds and learner education.
• Engage in student, resident and fellow education and supervision.
• Include tele Infectious Diseases opportunities and clinical research opportunities.
