Stony Brook University’s School of Medicine in Stony Brook, NY, invites applications for an infectious disease physician to join the Division of Infectious Diseases as a full-time faculty member at the Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor level.

The successful candidate will contribute to patient care, teaching, and scholarly activity, with opportunities to develop clinical or basic research projects, potentially supported by targeted awards.

Formación

• Strong clinical background in immunocompromised patients with infectious diseases.
• Experience with clinical trials and antimicrobial stewardship is preferred.
• Ideally a track record as a clinical educator and/or clinical researcher.

Responsabilidades

• Provide infectious diseases clinical care as part of the Division of Infectious Diseases.
• Engage in teaching and contribute to scholarly activity within the School of Medicine.
• Develop and participate in clinical research, potentially with targeted awards.

Educación

MD (or foreign equivalent)

Board Certified in Internal Medicine

Board Certified/Eligible in Infectious Diseases
