Job Description

1. Board Certified in Family Medicine (FM), Internal Medicine (IM), or Infectious Disease
2. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
3. Patient volume: Seeing approximately 15-18 patients per day
4. Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Athena
5. Shared call coverage: By phone only
6. Administrative time is allocated within clinic hours for administrative tasks
7. Travel: Occasional travel to different states for clinic oversight, with company covering all work-related travel expenses
8. Compensation and Bonuses:
   • Bonuses for seeing more than 14 patients per day: $100 per additional patient, paid biweekly (additional $96,000 annually)
   • Retention bonus: $100,000
   • Sign-on bonus: $10,000
   • Quarterly bonus: Up to $2,500
