Qualifications

• Active NP credentialing in North Carolina.
• Provide preventive health screenings and educate patients and families.
• Conduct in-office physical assessments and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Maintain patient records and perform office-based procedures.
• Collaborate with RNs, CMAs and physicians.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient physical assessments, review medical histories, and interpret diagnostic tests/results.
• Provide preventive health screenings and educate patients and families about medical conditions and treatments.
• Maintain records of patient care and perform office-based medical procedures.
• Collaborate with support staff, including RNs, CMA, and physicians.
• Identify and implement improvements in outpatient specialty care.
