Job summary

The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), part of the NIH in Bethesda, MD, seeks an Infectious Disease Staff Clinician to provide clinical care for patients in clinical protocols. The role includes analysis of clinical data and mentorship of fellows.

The ideal candidate will hold an M.D. or M.D./Ph.D. and will be board certified in Internal Medicine or Pediatrics and Infectious Diseases, making them eligible for a permanent medical license in the U.S.

Salary will be commensurate with experience, and relocation expenses may be provided.

Qualifications

• Must have a permanent, full, and unrestricted license to practice medicine in the U.S.
• Experience in clinical and translational research is required.
• Ability to analyze and interpret scientific data for publications.
