Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• Minimum two years of acute hospital clinical experience or a Master's degree in Case Management or Nursing in lieu of one year experience.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Washington (RN-WA).
• BLS required within three months of hiring if located within hospital.
• Understand how utilization management and case management programs integrate.
• Thrive in a fast paced, self-directed environment.
• Knowledge of CMS standards and requirements.
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care coordination across the continuum.
