Qualifications

• Active Indiana RN license or ability to obtain Indiana license.
• Nursing Home Infection Preventionist Training through the CDC or advanced infection prevention training.

Responsibilities

• The Infection Preventionist implements measures to protect residents and staff and ensures compliance.
