South Hills Rehabilitation Center in Eugene, OR, seeks an Infection Preventionist/Staff Development RN to lead infection control on the clinical leadership team and implement evidence‑based practices to reduce disease transmission. Must hold an Oregon RN license and CIC certification; SNF experience preferred.
Location: Eugene, OR
Compensation: Starting at $110,000+ annually (Based on years licensed)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, with on‑call rotation every 6–8 weeks (required)

This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring evidence‑based practices to reduce the transmission of infectious diseases among residents, staff, visitors, and the surrounding community. Additionally, this role provides staff development support, including new‑hire orientation and ongoing clinical training.
