Job summary

Solaris HealthCare College Park in Orlando, FL is hiring an Infection Preventionist (RN). You will coordinate infection prevention and control policies, ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines, and work within a supportive team to protect residents and staff.

The role requires current RN licensure in Florida, CPR certification, and preferred one year of nursing experience. You will monitor infections, provide education, report to leadership, and help sustain a safe, high-quality care

Qualifications

• Must hold RN license in state.
• CPR certification required.
• One year nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate infection prevention and control policies and practices.
• Report to Administrator and QA/PI Committee on compliance.
• Stay current with infection prevention guidelines and regulations.
• Collect, analyze infection data and trends; advise on risk assessment and prevention strategies; provide education and training.
• Implement evidenced-based infection prevention and control practices.
